Merry Christmas!

Wishing all of you out there peace, love and joy for the festive season and the New Year ahead!

Haven't been blogging for a while due to my heavy roster...so far in this month, I've been to Auckland, Narita, Johannesburg and Brisbane for nightstops. I also did a few turnarounds to Bangalore and soon, Dhaka. All in all, I flew the most this month!

Anyway, I finally had a break at the right time, which is during the X'mas Season. I'm grateful and happy to my rostering officer for it (though I'm still on reserve duty...:( ).

So far I had a good lunch with my family and extended family members when they dropped by (and will still be dropping by!). The menu included Turkey Breast, Honey Baked Ham, Roasted Leg of Lamb, Honey Glazed Ribs, Shepherd's Pie (done by my bro! Good stuff!), Faeng (can't spell it because I don't know how to!! Its a green Eurasian dish of pig innards, passed down from my departed Grandmother to my Godmother, brother etc...), Devil's Curry and of course, a Logcake! A Gelare Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Logcake, no less! Yummy!

Well, I wish everyone a happy and joyful season! Christmas is the season I love the best because it brings a feeling of love and happiness. Though its getting very commercialised, it still touches my heart when I listen to good old Christmas songs. ;)
